This promotes nerve stimulation in the muscles and in turn providing an increase of blood flow into areas which require it. As well as musculoskeletal Medical Acupuncture can also aid with injuries, chronic pain, joint pain and migraines.

Electro Dry Needling involves the above with the insertion of needles but this time attached to some electrodes to provide an electrical stimulus to treat acute and chronic pains. Low and high frequency are predominantly used depending on the clients symptoms to target fibres to alleviate long term pain relief. As Dry Needling/Medical Acupuncture it can be used to treat muscoskeletal pains, spasm, cramps, trigger points, tendinopathies, joint restrictions and post operative pain.

ROCK PODS

An alternative therapy to that of cupping. Rock pods are less abrasive but yet very effective to draw out any toxins in the fascia sometimes on occasions leaving the erythema on the skin. It creates a decompressive force under the cup to pull up the surface of the skin lifting the muscles up and engaging the nervous systems. It can be a great tool that can be used alongside treatment to help with getting rid of aches and pains in hard to get areas.
